Melissa Bernabe, MSW, is a visionary leader and social entrepreneur at the forefront of innovative storytelling. With a background deeply rooted in non-profit healthcare and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) management for Fortune 500 companies, Melissa has dedicated her career to advocating for marginalized communities and amplifying their voices.
Currently serving as the CEO of Sirsean Productions, a cutting-edge production company based in Los Angeles, Melissa brings her expertise in social impact and creative storytelling to the forefront. Under her leadership, Sirsean Productions specializes in crafting original television content that challenges the status quo and sparks meaningful conversations.

Sir Sean started his film and entertainment career in Hollywood at the age of 12 writing commercials for companies such as Dunk.net. At the age of 16, he founded the entertainment promotional company TG2E (Teens Guide 2 Entertainment) which promoted new movies, music, & fashion labels, all while promoting upstarts Red Bull, Vitamin Water, and Warehouse Shoe Sale.
Sir Sean has a passion for writing and wrote several youth-based television shows; one turning into a dating reality show hit that aired on MTV “Date My Mom”.
Sir Sean attended the University of California Los Angeles where he learned everything about the business both in front of and behind the camera. He studied at many of the country's top film programs including USC, UCLA summer filmmaking programs, Black Forest, John Truby and Robert McKee Writing Seminars, and UCB Sketch & Improv writing program. Interning with Oscar Award producer and the godfather of the independent film Roger Corman. Sean is now excited to bring his extensive creative direction to supporting others and bringing their vision to life.
